- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be included
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Return Process
Each order includes a return form. To complete your return:
- Fill out the return form included in your package
- Place the completed form inside the return package
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided
Important: Returns without the completed form may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item
- The refund will be made to your original payment method
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (if applicable). This will be clearly stated on the product page.
