Standard Orders

All standard (non-custom) orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom & Handmade Orders

Custom or handmade items require additional time to be prepared.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days before shipping
  • Each piece is made or prepared with care, which may extend handling time

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Times

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and external factors.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority
  • The responsibility of the customer

KIRAYANI is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • High demand periods
  • Extended processing times for custom or handmade items

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

KIRAYANI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
